Job summary

Veer Architecture, PLLC in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a talented Project Architect with strong Revit expertise to join our collaborative design studio focused on multifamily and mixed-use projects.

You will lead production of construction documents, coordinate with consultants, ensure code compliance (IBC/IRC), and contribute to project management under principals, with a hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in design and production of construction documents for multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (modeling and documentation) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of IBC/IRC and accessibility codes for multi-family projects.
• Experience with zoning code requirements and managing consultants.
• Construction contract administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction documents for multifamily and mixed-use projects.

• Oversee contract administration and project deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years’ professional experience preferably in the design and production of construction documents for multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit (modeling and documentation) and AutoCAD
• Proficiency with how the IBC, IRC and accessibility codes apply to multi-family projects.
• Experience in applying jurisdiction zoning code requirements to project designs.
• Experience in managing the work of project team consultants.
• Construction contract administration experience
• Competence in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with MS Office and related programs.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters of Architecture professional degree from an NAAB accredited university preferred.
• Professional licensure
• Familiarity with Enscape, Lumion, and other rendering and VR platforms

Eligibility

Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 based on experience.
