Job summary

The Cearnal Collective, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm in Santa Barbara, seeks a senior architect with 8+ years of experience to design client solutions and lead teams. The role emphasizes collaboration in a studio environment and hands-on development of project documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture.
• Licensure strongly preferred but not required.
• Revit modeling literacy.
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture.
• Knowledge of California state building codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture.
