Skills

Project Architect

The Cearnal Collective is an award-winning Architecture and Interior Design firm located in beautiful downtown Santa Barbara. Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the field of architecture
• Professional licensure is strongly preferred but not required
• Revit modeling literacy required
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of architecture
• Comprehensive understanding of and experience with California state building codes and standards, technical detailing, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative studio environment

• Mentor and direct a young and enthusiastic staff and maintain a hands‑on approach to creating project documents
• Plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of projects
