Job summary

Bespoke Careers, New York City-based architecture firm, is seeking a licensed Architect with 5–10 years of NYC project experience to lead project teams and coordinate design development through construction administration. Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and codes is preferred, with emphasis on sustainable design and building performance.

The role requires collaboration with consultants, managing technical issues, and ensuring QA/QC in line with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 10 years related experience on NYC projects.
• Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and codes is preferred.
• Experience in sustainable design and building performance (CPHC / LEED / Well accreditation a plus).
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction administration.
