• 8+ years of experience in multi-family, student housing, or hospitality.

Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Title: Project Architect - Architectural & Interior Design Firm

Location: San Francisco, CA 94108 OR Los Angeles, CA 90015

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

Schedule: 9x80 Hybrid - Mondays & Fridays Remote. Tuesday - Thursday is On-Site. Every other Friday is off.

Founded in 1966 we are a 100 employee full service architectural & interior design firm that has offices in San Francisco & Los Angeles. We specialize in custom homes & estates, multifamily residential & hospitality commissions along with educational & cultural projects for clients across California. Our firm has been recognized for dozens of awards over the years including a Presidential Citation & California Firm of the Year. We have some big expansion projects in the mix and are looking to hire 4 Project Architects to help grow our business & service our client opportunities.

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors in Architecture (NAAB accredited university ideally)
• 8+ years of experience ideally in multi-family, student housing, hospitality or custom homes
• 3+ years in the position of Project Architect
• Project leadership, full cycle, team leadership experience.
• CA Licensed Architect Req'd OR in process towards achieving licensure
• Ability to take projects from programming through construction phase
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge & application of California Building Codes & ADA requirements
• Fluent in Revit & proficient in Adobe CS, MS Office & Sketch-Up / Rhino
• Knowledge & application of sustainability rating systems (sustainability accreditation is a plus)
• Strong design skills incl: presentation, conceptual design & design development
