Duties & Essential Job Functions

• Assist Principal Architect with project workload and capacity
• Establish point of contact with clients, building rapport for lasting relationships
• Oversee projects through the design process and through Construction Documents
• Develop details and specifications necessary for drawing completion
• Coordinate with civil, structural and MEP consultants as needed

Qualifications

• Licensure in State of Pennsylvania
• 10+ years of overall experience and at least 3 years of project management experience
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in order to communicate clearly with clients as well as internal staff
• Multi-family experience a big plus
• Service-minded personality
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Bluebeam, and/or SketchUp is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to set realistic goals, timelines, and execution strategies.
• Technical skills required to develop details, review detailed drawings and specifications, and navigate general industry challenges.
• High attention to detail
