Design Collaborative is seeking an experienced Project Architect/Architectural Designer who is passionate about creating people-first places. You will own your work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and guide projects from concept to construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited program.
  • 5+ years of professional architectural design experience.
  • Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with commercial projects in Multi-Family / Multi-Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design development from Concept to Construction Administration.
  • Develop architectural designs, models, and documents using Revit, CAD, BIM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on-site observations.
