Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified architectural professional to assist in producing construction documents from schematic design through project closeout. You will detail documents into shop drawings and handle submittal reviews while ensuring adherence to design intent and factory standards.

You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and senior staff to keep projects on track and deliver solutions that meet the owner’s desired function.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience is required.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture is expected.
• Experience with rendering programs and computer graphics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of construction documents from Schematic Design through Project Closeout.
• Detailing into shop drawings and submittal reviews.
• Coordinate with Project Manager(s)/Architect(s) and upper management to maintain project progress.
• Ensure adherence to factory standards and design intent while delivering owner-required functionality.

Job description

• Assist with production of construction documents from Schematic Design through Project Closeout
• This includes all aspects of document detailing into shop drawings and submittal reviews
• Ensure factory standards and/or design intent standards are adhered too while providing the owner with their desired function
• Maintain progress of project by coordinating with Project Manager(s) / Architect(s) and upper management

Requirements

• Must have an Architectural degree from an accredited school
• Minimum of one year experience required
• Must be proficient in Revit Architecture
• Experience with various types of rendering programs and computer graphics programs is preferred
