Job description

We’re a team that takes pride in producing thoughtful, accurate, and well-coordinated work. Our environment is collaborative and low-ego, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Team members enjoy solving complex technical challenges, refining details, and working alongside colleagues who value precision and professionalism. We believe good documentation is as important as good design, and we take satisfaction in creating work that supports successful project delivery. It’s a relaxed, engaging environment where good work happens—and by Friday afternoons, the pace naturally lightens as we wrap up the week.

The Role

This is a project leadership and coordination role where you'll guide projects from early due diligence through construction documentation and delivery. You'll serve as the primary link between designers, consultants, jurisdictions, and internal teams—helping ensure projects remain organized, coordinated, and on schedule.

Working closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction partners, you'll support project documentation, consultant coordination, and permitting efforts across our design-build banking projects. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical architectural knowledge with excellent organizational and leadership skills and enjoys managing both people and process.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6-12+ years of architectural project management, technical detailing & drawing coordination experience, preferably in commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and project delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and architectural production workflows
  • Experience coordinating consultants, jurisdictions, and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and due diligence requirements
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in financial, retail, workplace, or commercial environments is a plus
  • LEED knowledge or accreditation is a plus
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking
  • Ability to work in-person Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZ
  • Nice to have: Licensed Architect and/or progress toward licensure, AIA involvement
What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coordinate projects through all phases, from due diligence and design development through permitting and construction documentation
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
  • Review and coordinate Revit models, drawing sets, plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Facilitate consultant coordination and integration of engineering disciplines into project documentation
  • Support jurisdictional research, code review, permitting requirements, and city coordination
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions
  • Coordinate vendor communications, product reviews, material selections, and sample procurement
  • Oversee quality control efforts to ensure accurate, complete, and constructible documentation
  • Assist project teams in resolving design, documentation, and coordination challenges throughout project delivery
Why This Role Is Different

You’ll work in a true design-build environment where decisions are made collaboratively and projects move quickly from concept to construction. Rather than managing a narrow portion of the process, you’ll have visibility into—and influence over—the entire project lifecycle.

Our projects span financial institutions across the country, providing exposure to a variety of clients, jurisdictions, delivery challenges, and design opportunities. You’ll work alongside architects, interior designers, engineers, and construction professionals to deliver projects that balance design, speed, budget, and constructability.

This role offers the opportunity to be both a project leader and a trusted mentor to the broader team - guiding teams, strengthening client relationships, and helping turn ideas into built environments that make an impact.
