Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree in business, finance, or accounting required.
• Experience with accounting and finance concepts.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical.
• Experience with development and use of spreadsheets for invoices and project tracking.
• GAAP/FAR knowledge applicable to project billing.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting including Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes.
• Assist with contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Support financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Interface with project managers, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.
