Job summary

SMX is seeking a Project Analyst to support multiple project teams developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will liaison with clients to synchronize engagements, package deliverables, identify risks, monitor schedules, and support PM priorities.

The role requires strong organization, proficiency with MS Office tools, and experience in project support. You will collaborate with PMs to manage budgets, procurement, and documented deliverables across project

• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with reviewing and editing technical documentation
• Must be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priority levels in support of Project Managers
• Possess excellent data management, problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of project support in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Associate’s degree or higher in business or other technical related fields
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Directly related postgraduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience up to 36 credit hours.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification

• Work with PMs to develop budgets, estimate at completions, and additional documentation throughout life cycles of options and projects
• Draft and work with PM to implement documentation for subcontractors including statements of work and deliverables
• Assist PM to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted on time and in accordance with contractual requirements
• Work with PM to draft, submit, and track all procurements and travel budget.
