Job summary

SMX is seeking a Project Analyst to support multiple project teams developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite applications in the United States.

The role includes liaison with clients to synchronize engagements, packaging deliverables, monitoring schedules, and supporting PM priorities. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with reviewing and editing technical documentation
• Must be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple tasks with competing priority levels in support of Project Managers
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Possess excellent data management, problem solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of project support in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and show initiative
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Associate’s degree or higher in business or other technical related fields
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience. Directly related postgraduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience up to 36 credit hours.
• Oracle project experience
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification

• Work with PMs to develop budgets, estimate at completions, and additional documentation throughout life cycles of options and projects
• Draft and work with PM to implement documentation for subcontractors including statements of work and deliverables
• Assist PM to ensure deliverables are completed and submitted on time and in accordance with contractual requirements
• Work with PM to draft, submit, and track all procurements and travel budget.
