Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
• Experience in the financial services industry
• Strong skills in executive-level reporting and dashboard creation
• Ability to organize and manage large sets of complex data from various sources
• Experience with SharePoint (required)
• Power BI experience preferred, or strong skills in Excel/database tools
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of relevant experience
• Project Management or related certification (e.g., CX, Lean Six Sigma) preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Support complex project reporting and dashboard creation
• Track multiple client activities, including migrations, requirements, and dependencies
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and success criteria
• Report project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
• Hold team members accountable for timely task completion
• Merge and synthesize complex data into a clear single-view dashboard
• Perform other duties as needed
