Salary: $71,900 - $119,900

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Project Analyst to join our team! We are looking for someone to support our mission by delivering high-quality, technology-based services on time and within budget.

This position will support customer service relations for Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) operations within the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) environment. The role is remote.

What will you be doing?

• Serve as the primary point of contact and support for organizations onboarding cybersecurity services, ensuring clear communication and efficient implementation.
• Process technical documents and collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to develop technical solutions for subscribers.
• Draft formal agreements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate subscriber artifacts, agreements, funding, and services throughout their tenure for ongoing alignment and compliance.
• Assist in authoring and editing team documentation, including SOPs, TTPs, support guides, and templates.

What skills will the ideal candidate have?

• Secret clearance required; DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering concise briefs and reports to large groups and senior leaders.
• Expertise in cloud technology and understanding of cloud platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Familiarity with Army and DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Knowledge of project management principles (PMI).
• Experience with Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• US citizenship required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
