Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Project Analyst to support the MTSI Program Manager on the SBI program. You will oversee contract program control, assist in cost, schedule, and performance management, and coordinate onboarding and staffing for the SBI contract teams.

You will work with DPM, HR, and vendors to track onboarding, CaC/SIPR processes, and submission reports. The role requires collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 15 years' experience.
• Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience providing technical and administrative support on government contracts.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, leadership, customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Monitor and report budget and financial performance per DoD guidelines.
• Track LOE tasks and coordinate team efforts within schedule frameworks.
• Prepare weekly reports from LOE tech leads and consolidate.
• Provide technical and administrative support to SBI Vendor OTAs.
• Track actions across stakeholders by communicating with PoCs.
• Implement burndown metrics and measure team progress against schedules.
• Maintain staffing onboarding metrics and vendor metrics.

As a key team member, you will oversee Contract Program Control, and critical functions necessary to equip, and train the MTSI workforce, and assist in managing cost, schedule and performance aspects of the SBI program both under the MTSI and Vendor contracts/OTAs to include:

Key ResponsibilitiesModern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Project Analyst to support the MTSI Program Manager on the SC/SZ Golden Dome Space-Based Interceptor (SBI) program. As a key team member, you will oversee Contract Program Control, and critical functions necessary to equip, and train the MTSI workforce, and assist in managing cost, schedule and performance aspects of the SBI program both under the MTSI and Vendor contracts/OTAs to include:

Staffing And Onboarding/Offboarding

• Assist with reviewing resumes/candidates for open positions on the SBI contract
• Work closely with the DPM and HR Recruitment to write and post position descriptions. Facilitate coordination of candidate interviews with MTSI team.
• Track/facilitate/own the onboarding/offboarding processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team.
• Track/facilitate/own the customer vendor CaC and SIPR processes from end to end. Resolve any delays greater than 24hrs to move people through the process so they can contribute to the team.

Program Management

• Assist with monitoring and reporting budget and financial performance, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and compliance with DoD guidelines.
• Manage the RAIL (Responsibility Assignment Integration List) and tasks from Level of Effort (LOE) leads to coordinate team efforts within schedule frameworks.
• Gather and prepare for final submission weekly activity reports from all LOE tech leads and consolidate into single report.
• Provide technical and administrative support to SBI Vendor OTAs

Stakeholder Coordination

• Track actions across multiple stakeholders by maintaining consistent communication and soliciting status updates from designated Points of Contact (PoCs).

Performance Metrics Tracking

• Implement burndown metrics and measure team performance and progress directly against schedules.
• Maintain staffing onboarding metrics
• Maintain customer vendor CaC and SIPR Token metrics

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in related field with 15 years' experience.

Security ClearanceMust have an active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience providing technical and administrative support preferably related to government contracts
• Track metrics and measure team performance and progress directly against schedules
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, support leadership, customer and vendors
