Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Project Analyst to support the Program Manager on the SBI program, overseeing contract program control and assisting in cost, schedule, and performance management.

You will coordinate staffing, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor processes to keep the team aligned with program goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience and an active Secret Clearance; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of experience.
• Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and government contract support experience.
• Track metrics and measure team performance against schedules; work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and reporting budget and financial performance.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and vendor CaC/SIPR processes to keep personnel moving efficiently.
• Provide program management support and contributions to LOE tasks and vendor OTAs.
• Track actions across stakeholders by maintaining regular status updates.
