Position: Project Analyst

Location: Chandler, AZ

Duration: 8 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour

Position Summary

Hybrid role (3 onsite, 2 WFH) – Schedule 6a-2:30 MST Monday-Friday

Job Description:

The Project Analyst will provide end-to-end project management support for initiatives including requirements gathering, development support/analysis, testing, and communication, with a primary focus on UAT and Production testing.

Responsibilities include creating test plans and scripts, staging data for testing, supporting post-production issues, assisting senior Product Owners, and managing projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient completion.

Required Skills:

• Analytical skills for researching and solving business problems through requirements and testing.
• Accountability for defect management and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to create detailed test plans and scripts, and stage data for testing.
• Strong relationship-building skills across business, technology, operations, and control partners.
• Effective communication of changes via written updates or live presentations.
• Experience navigating Jira and creating Epics and Stories.

Desired Skills:

• SAFE Certified PO/PM or familiarity with agile methodology.
• Knowledge of COBE or similar onboarding and maintenance platforms.
• Prior project or leadership experience.
