Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Atlanta, GA team. You will manage financial documentation, subcontractors, purchase orders, and project compliance to keep accounts payable/receivable, payroll, purchasing and insurance records accurate and timely.

The role supports the project team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates may have a two-year degree in business/Accounting or related field and at least one year of construction or office management experience; strong

• Two-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• At least one year of construction experience or one year of office management experience.
• High School Diploma may be considered with related strong skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for projects, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Handle project billing and AR activity for the project.
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor contract closeout processes.
• Ensure documentation from subcontractors/vendors is accurate and current.
• Assemble and distribute submittals and other project documents.
• Assist HR onboarding and new hire paperwork for onsite employees.
• Support procurement through pricing information, quotations and purchases.
• Lead standard office setup, close-out processes, mail, filing, and project records.
