Job summary

Ecotech Solar is seeking an administrative professional to keep project pipelines moving smoothly from permitting to closeout. The Project Administrator will partner with Project Managers and Designers to interpret technical plans, compile project packages, and maintain organized documentation in a fast-paced solar environment.

You will engage with contracted customers to gather site information, answer questions, and guide them through next steps, ensuring workflows stay on track for accurate

Qualifications

  • Experience in project administration, permitting, utility coordination, or technical document management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and deadline driven mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding and compliance: gather utility and interconnection information.
  • Manage utility interconnections: prepare and submit interconnection applications.
  • Navigate permitting: secure electrical, building, and specialty permits across jurisdictions.
  • Technical quality control: review project plans and electrical schematics to support accuracy.
  • Install packages: assemble field-ready install documents.
  • System support: provide troubleshooting, performance analysis, and commissioning support.
  • Project closeout: compile manuals, training materials, and as-built records.
