The role requires an associate degree or equivalent and familiarity with Microsoft Office. You will work closely with sales and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• PMICAPM certification a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required for project coordination.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
• Break projects into manageable actions and set timelines.
• Communicate with Sales to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met throughout every phase of the project.
• Monitor and report project status and be engaged in solving issues.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project team to eliminate risks and manage costs.
• Use tools to monitor hours, plans and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
