Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Controls Cost Team on large-scale construction projects. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years in engineering, construction, or project coordination who want to break into project controls.

You will help with cost control, invoicing, and reporting, maintain Excel trackers, and coordinate with project managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in construction, engineering, or project environments.
• Experience or exposure to invoicing / billing / cost tracking.
• Strong attention to detail & ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day cost control and project administration activities
• Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation
• Maintain and update Excel trackers and cost reports
• Track project spend, budgets, and cost data
• Support change orders and budget adjustments in internal systems
• Coordinate with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams
• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting for project leadership
• Help organize project documentation and support administrative needs
