Job summary

OHLA USA is seeking a Project Administrator to support the project operations team in the Greater Chicago Area. The role requires handling payroll entry for union employees, reviewing new hire documents, and supporting EEO and certified payroll reporting for Judlau and subcontractors.

You will also manage invoices, purchase orders, vendor credit apps, and assist with pay estimates and general office functions on site, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in an administrative role.
  • Sound judgment, accuracy, timeliness and reliability are key skills.
  • Professional, dependable and dedicated conduct.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through are essential.
  • Discretion and ability to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading for reports, letters and emails.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office/Adobe.
  • Industry knowledge and experience with owner web apps (Capture, E-builder, LCPtracker, B2G, C2, iCx) is a plus.

  • General office functions: water delivery tracking, mailing, FedEx, admin support to project staff.

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Administrator in the Greater Chicago Area. The Project Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project operations team so that they can build a successful project.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll time entry, review for all union employees
  • New hire document review, entry for all union employees
