Overview

Offshore pipeline project (cradle-to-grave — engineering through construction and commissioning). Client is rapidly rolling out Procore and needs strong, hands‑on Procore support to help stand up how it's used in the field, including which modules apply and how project workflows should run. Role and process are still evolving.

Responsibilities

• Provide project/administrative support across the team
• Serve as the team's go‑to Procore resource; help define and set up project workflows/modules
• Track and process purchase orders
• Stay flexible as the role develops

Requirements

• Strong, hands‑on Procore experience, top priority, ideally including offshore project workflows
• Prior admin/project support experience on pipeline or offshore construction projects
• Comfortable working in an undefined/evolving process environment
• Available to start within the next month or so
