Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant in Lakewood, Colorado to develop high-quality proposal and qualification materials while ensuring accurate, organized, brand-aligned content.

You will compile resumes, create proposals and SOQs, maintain marketing files, perform quality control, and provide admin support to keep projects and office operations running smoothly in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, English.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to assist and attend business development events with our local marketing staff.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with CRM systems or document management platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in project management assistance or project management administration preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Document compilation and organization across resumes and project descriptions.
  • Review and merge multiple document versions for consistency and completeness.
  • Assist in formatting and editing documents to align with company standards.
  • File management and data organization for proposal materials and CRM uploads.
  • Technical editing and quality control of resumes and project descriptions.
  • Cross-check details for accuracy including dates, roles and technical descriptions.
  • Provide project and office administrative support and overflow for front desk operations.
  • Create and produce proposals and SOQs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Document Compilation & Organization
  • Gather and consolidate resumes and project descriptions from multiple sources into comprehensive, standardized documents.
  • Review and merge multiple versions of the same document to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Assist in formatting and editing documents to align with company standards.
  • File Management & Data Organization
  • Contribute to establishment of a well-structured file system to organize proposal and marketing materials for easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure consistency in file naming conventions and version control.
  • Prepare documents for seamless upload into the CRM database.
  • Technical Editing & Quality Control
  • Conduct a thorough technical edit of resumes and project descriptions to ensure clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency.
  • Verify that all information aligns with company branding and industry standards.
  • Cross-check details for accuracy, including project dates, roles, and technical descriptions.
  • Project and Office Administrative Assistance and Overflow for Front Desk Operations
  • Proposal and SOQ creation and production.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with CRM systems or document management platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in project management assistance or project management administration preferred.

About the Job
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $31.25 - $43.27 hourly rate
    The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
