This leadership position is mission critical to our existing and future service implementations. We serve all sizes of commercial mechanical companies across the U.S. with end user clients that include many top Fortune 100 companies. Projects include data centers, semiconductor and EV battery manufacturers, universities, health care facilities, and district energy systems.
The Project Accounting Manager owns the financial integrity of our project portfolio — from revenue recognition and month-end close to collections and reconciliations. You'll lead our Project Accountants, partner closely with Contracts, the PMO, and Operations, and keep our percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting clean and audit-ready in NetSuite. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings structure to fast-moving, high-volume work and holds accuracy as a baseline, not a goal.
