The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and 3–5 years of business management or accounting experience, with strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills to support project teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years experience in Business Management/Accounting related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports administrative staff on Payroll, AP/AR, commitments, purchasing, budgets, financial reporting, and project start up/close out.
• Monitors and interprets accounting system reports for project accuracy and performance.
• Performs financial analysis for projects and ensures compliance with policies and contract terms.
• Interfaces with administrative managers for staffing, problem solving, and process improvement.
• Represents administrative accounting interests with customers/owners.
