Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• New project setup (POFs).
• Perform project data updates including budget, billing terms, dates, backlog, and closure.
• Accounts Payable: vendor invoice entry, W9 collection, and coordination.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including recording customer payments.
• Prepare and distribute project invoices; assist monthly close processes.
