Stelvio Group is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator to join its project finance team. You will support invoicing, cost tracking, reporting, and financial documentation across multiple projects, working closely with Project Controllers and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ideally 1–2 years of experience within accounting, finance, project support, or a similar administrative/financial position.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across project and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Controllers with customer invoicing and accounts payable activities.
• Assist with project requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain vendor invoice records and ensure information aligns with project budgets and contracts.
• Organize and maintain project financial documentation, including budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoices, and cost reports.
• Enter and maintain project financial data within internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Support the tracking of committed costs, actual expenditure, and budget variances.
• Create and maintain project cost codes within time-tracking systems.
• Assist with financial reconciliations between internal systems and project reports.
• Support the preparation of regular project cost reports and monthly or quarterly financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial and contractual records.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider project finance team.
