Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Real estate operations/development experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices, processes and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control systems and procedures.
  • Skill in performing complex numerical calculations.
  • Strong analytical skills in reviewing financial information.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Skill in preparing complex management reports and in using financial software.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Finance Department by performing analysis for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly construction draw process for future developments.
  • Coordinate and manage insurance coverage for multi-family properties.
  • Coordinate and manage monthly reimbursement grants for case management and rental assistance in homeless programs.
  • Support finance projects including budgeting, software improvements, research, audits, and reconciliations.
