RealREPP is a nationally recognized recruitment firm partnering with a growing MEP design-build construction firm to hire a Temp-to-Hire Project Accountant in undefined, undefined. The role offers a collaborative, positive work environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include billing, cost analysis, vendor management, and reporting. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years in project accounting, plus strong accounting knowledge and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ of project accounting experience preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare and analyze monthly project billings per contract requirements.
• Perform financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus budget.
• Manage vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s.
• Produce and analyze job performance and profitability through cost tracking reports.
• Assist in status reports and maintain accurate project budgets in COINs.
• Identify and resolve basic to complex project-related accounting issues in a timely manner.
