Responsibilities include updating estimates, closing projects, reviewing WIP analyses, and normalizing monthly charges. Strong Excel skills and ERP experience are essential for meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of job costing or PoC accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review booking documents and set up new projects, changes, and service agreements in the ERP.
• Process estimate changes for active projects in the ERP.
• Close out projects in the ERP upon completion.
• Assist with WIP analysis after payroll; review monthly charges and discrepancies.
• Enter time charged to jobs from weekly timesheets.
• Support month-end close and other projects as needed.
