Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in West Palm Beach is seeking a Project Accountant to join our growing construction management team. This hands-on role requires ownership of the financial side of projects and close partnership with project leadership.

You will oversee project accounting, cost reporting, forecasting, billing, WIP, and financial analysis while working closely with a larger corporate accounting team. There is flexibility for a 4/1 hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of project accounting and financial control.
• Experience with forecasting, WIP, cost-to-complete, billing and variance analysis.
• CMiC or Textura experience highly preferred.
• Independent contributor and primary accounting resource in a local office.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial management of construction projects including planning and control.
• Oversee project accounting, cost reporting, forecasting, billing and WIP.
• Provide financial analysis and partner with corporate accounting team.
• Collaborate with project leadership in the West Palm Beach office.
