Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant to join our expanding construction accounting team in Watertown, MA. This onsite role focuses on project billing, budgeting, and month-end reporting, with hands-on training and clear paths for development.

You will manage job costing across multiple projects, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners, and ensure accuracy of invoicing and financial projections. Overtime is not anticipated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience; project or construction accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with project billing, job costing, AIA billing, and construction accounting processes.
• Experience with Sage, Procore, or similar systems is a plus.
