Job summary

PIKE Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant to support the financial close process across revenue and cost functions. This role involves transactional processing, reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis, with deadlines and teamwork emphasized.

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Project Accounting and work on site in Mount Airy, NC. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency in Excel, and a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with MS Excel intermediate functions (Pivot, functions, lookups).
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills; customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Participate in the financial close process: book standard cost entries, process revenue accruals, prepare journal entries, reconcile to general ledger accounts.
Project Accounting including maintaining cost rates and weekly burden costing/allocations.
Field operations' requests for financial adjustments and information; field external audit requests.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
