Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly owner pay applications and process payments.
• Maintain and adjust project budgets and change orders.
• Enter and approve trade contractor invoices in the workflow.
• Review sworn statements and lien waivers for accuracy.
• Track project receivables and monitor collections.
• Support month-end close and audit preparations.
