Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least five years in project or construction accounting.
• Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices for fixed-fee, lump-sum, and time-and-material contracts.
• Review billing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage contract administration, lien waivers, and funding commitments.
• Maintain project records, budgets, and WBS in the ERP system.
• Support accounts payable and generate management reports.
• Assist with project audits and client audits.
