Job summary

This hybrid role supports financial management across architectural and engineering projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3 to 7 years of AEC industry experience. The compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with additional potential bonuses, benefits including medical insurance, 401(k), and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of accounting experience within the Architecture/Engineering industry.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial performance and forecasting.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly client billings.
• Review project cost reports and project profitability.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and invoice issues.
• Monitor project budgets and contract documentation.
• Assist with collections and outstanding invoice follow-up.
• Ensure proper project cost coding and accounting compliance.
• Support month-end close and general accounting activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
