Zusammenfassung

HDR is seeking a Project Accountant 1 to manage client invoicing, collections, and project budgeting, with backup support on A/P, time sheets, and expense reports. You’ll ensure contract documentation and budget entry are accurate and maintained, and provide timely financial data to project staff.

Collaborating with multiple managers in a fast-paced environment, you will help resolve financial issues, coordinate the project accounting system within the department, and support ongoing compliance

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
