Job summary

CivicMinds, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support construction project finances, billing and cost tracking.

You will manage project invoicing, billing and A/R follow-ups, process subcontractor invoices and payment requisitions, track project costs and maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with project teams to resolve billing issues and support payroll compliance and project reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or job cost experience.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Construction accounting experience required.
• Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus.
