DuBois & King, Inc. is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountants to join our accounting team at our Bedford, NH or Randolph or S. Burlington, VT offices. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑functional settings and is comfortable interacting with colleagues across multiple divisions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities, that include:
• Accounts Payable
• Credit & collections
• Project management
• Invoicing & contract administration

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is required
• Experience with Unanet AE is a plus
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Range

The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
