Responsibilities

• NV5 is seeking a Project Accountant. The most frequent and essential work activities include: Work closely with Project Managers to set-up projects in Deltek Vision according to contract and revenue method, assure billing terms are set up according to contract and client billing requirements.
• Enter project budget information and upload all required documents into Deltek Vision at project set up.
• Maintain and update projects throughout the project life cycle, including but not limited to change orders and additional task orders.
• Run and/or review project reports to assist with RevGen errors, maintain and clean‑up projects on a regular basis.
• Work closely with Project Managers to review and maintain project unbilled detail.
• Record requested labor adjustments.
• Assist in closing projects after all transactions are completed.
• Process monthly invoices for review and approval by assigned Project Managers. Review and maintain project billing terms, ensure client’s requirements are met.
• Finalize and distribute monthly invoices to Clients.
• Support in the monthly AR reviews and collection process.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
