Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in the project accounting system, ensuring all required project and contract information is accurate and complete.
• Verify that contracts, purchase orders, work orders, and notices to proceed are fully executed and properly organized within electronic project files.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings and ongoing project reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Billing Support, Government Compliance, and project teams to support client invoicing, collections, accounts payable coding, timesheet reviews, and expense report reviews.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to facilitate timely project documentation, invoicing, collections, and healthy project cash flow.
• Oversee subcontractor billing approvals and monitor subcontract compliance requirements.
• Support Project Managers with Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) reporting, earned value analysis, and other project performance metrics to ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
• Review project financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues; make corrections as directed by the Project Manager.
• Communicate project financial performance, unapproved work, and potential risks to the Project Manager and Director of Operational Finance.
• Prepare financial analyses and supporting documentation for project review meetings with key stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Follow safety policies, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns or incidents.
• Maintain established quality standards and contribute to successful project execution.
