National LED Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an accounting support professional focused on AR, invoicing, and project accounting. You will set up new projects, manage invoicing cycles, and support the accounting team with reconciliations.

The role reports to the Controller and requires proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central; experience with AI-assisted data tasks is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with AR and customer invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Invoicing: Prepare, send, and track customer invoices.
• Accounts Receivable: Follow up with customers, collect outstanding balances, and reduce overdue receivables.
• Job Setup: Enter new projects into the accounting/ERP system, including customer information, contract amounts, and purchase orders.
• Project Accounting: Assist with job costing, progress billing, change orders, and project profitability tracking.
• Accounting Support: Help reconcile customer payments, maintain accurate records, and assist the accounting team.
• Reporting: Maintain AR aging reports and provide updates on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Reports directly to your Controller

Familiarity with Quick books, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) a strong need.
