Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Accountant to complete project startup and billings accurately, following established processes. You will assist the Project Accounting Manager to achieve billing period goals.

Key duties include new project start-up entries, preparing bath billings and final invoices, ensuring all billing transactions are recorded, resolving billing issues with the Project Accounting Manager, reviewing billing status, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years in project administration, preferably in an engineering or construction related field.

Knowledge and Skills: Project Accountant

• Working experience in Deltek, experience with Vision or Vantagepoint a plus.


• Attention to detail is a must; strong analytical skills favored


• Ability to apply and adapt quickly to new invoicing procedures


• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary with positive attitude


• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

Required Skills

• Knowledge of general accounting practices.


• Working experience in Deltek, experience with Vision or Vantagepoint a plus.

Annual Salary Range or Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 (Depending on Experience)
