Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant for an on-site role in Fort Wayne, IN. If you enjoy variety, high trust, and a collaborative culture, this position could be a fit.

You’ll manage project finances from setup through monthly billing using Sage 300, partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings, and handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Problem solving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
