Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is assisting a Fort Wayne client in expanding its Project Accountant team on-site in Fort Wayne, IN.

This role focuses on managing project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300, partnering with project managers to monitor budgets, analyze risks, and identify savings. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, brings 3–5 years of accounting experience, and demonstrates strong communication and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Able to solve problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
