SNI Financial is seeking a Staff Accountant / Project Accounting Analyst to support month-end close, project accounting, and financial reporting. This onsite role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of accounting experience, especially in AP/AR, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems. Local Dallas-Fort Worth candidates only.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project accounting, WIP, POC, or cost accounting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue entries.
• Monitor vendor payments, project costs, and billing activity with documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports including payroll, AR, AP, project status, and job costs.
• Investigate variances, identify trends, and assist with financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audit requests, and financial planning activities.
• Participate in process improvements, internal control enhancements, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

Overview

SNI Financial is actively recruiting a Project Accountant for a growing organization to support month-end close, project accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities. • Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and revenue recognition entries.
• Monitor vendor payments, project costs, customer billing activity, and financial compliance documentation.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, project status, and job cost reporting.
• Investigate variances, identify trends, and assist with financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audit requests, and financial planning activities.
• Participate in process improvements, internal control enhancements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
