Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• Hands-on AIA billing experience with G702/G703 forms.
• Strong knowledge of job costing and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with construction accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA billing (G702/G703 forms) accurately and timely
• Manage job costing, budget tracking, and cost analysis for multiple projects
• Monitor project financial performance and identify variances
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Track subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
• Support month-end close processes related to project accounting
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable related to assigned projects
