Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in life sciences from kick‑off to delivery—on time, on scope, on budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Ensure the right things happen at the right time and that clients feel guided and confident throughout project delivery.
- Coach and support consultants and project teams throughout the delivery of multiple projects.
- Identify opportunities to grow our current accounts and work closely with colleagues to develop proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Build a sales pipeline of potential new customers through a variety of business‑development actions: attending network events, hosting webinars and seminars, creating marketing campaigns with our marketing team, spotting new challenges before they become problems, and positioning Möbius as a long‑term partner.
- Contribute to service development by sharing sector knowledge and best practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Holds a master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Brings 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting or project‑based environment in the life sciences sector.
- Strong track record of leading complex transformation or improvement projects with multiple stakeholders: multiple departments, countries, regulatory bodies, distributors, healthcare professionals, and ultimately patients as the end customer.
- Familiar with the challenges life sciences companies face today—including health economics, market access & reimbursement, supply‑chain forecasting, customer service model redesign, operational excellence, lifecycle management, or people & organisation.
- Natural relationship builder—listens well, communicates with confidence, and earns trust at senior levels.
- Commercial skills open up doors with potential new customers.
- Communicates clearly in both Dutch and English to technical and non‑technical audiences; a strong knowledge of French is an asset.
- True team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and lifting others.
