Job summary

Colson Group Holdings LLC is seeking an experienced Toolmaker for our Jonesboro, AR site. You will fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures to exact specs, repair tooling, and work with engineers to improve designs and processes across milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.

Ideal candidates read blueprints fluently, understand machining, and prioritize safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. On-site role in Jonesboro, AR 72450 with strong teamwork emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred.
• Experience as Toolmaker or similar manufacturing role.
• Fluent in reading blueprints and technical drawings; CNC experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking and safety/quality focus.

What you bring
